Using a fair price to buy a 5 star hotel experience
from when we arrived hotel, they took well care of our luggage to my room, even second check in, since cannot early check in, we put our luggage here first then we go play around phuket, when we come back hotel at around 11pm, the luggage is already in our room! This service is so good:)

A wonderful hotel
that deserves more than 5 stars. Everything was superb, from the quality of service at reception to the pool cleaning, the outdoor jacuzzi, and not forgetting the gym where cool water, fresh air, and towels are provided. The bathtub with a window protected by a blind overlooking the room is the icing on the cake. At my check-out, Ms. Aon, the manager, and Mr. Boy were incredibly kind and remarkably professional. A hotel worth discovering:)

Best trip i’ve ever have

It was my first time here, i dont have a words to tell how excited I am from every customer here. U feel like u are in home, because they are so friendly, nice and kind with everyone and they have special ship with every guest here.

This is a fantastic hotel in the Kata Beach area!
Set on a hillside away from all the noise and crowds it was an oasis of peacefulness to return to after visiting the very busy areas of Phuket. The room was fantastic, absolutely spotless hotel and all the staff were great, there were no noise guests, everyone here was respectful so no door banging or shouting which was great. We organised a taxi via the hotel to pick us up and take us to the hotel and it was spot on. The pool is great as are the staff and service at the pool bar cafe/drinks area. The breakfast choices were amazing and catered for everyone, including vegetarian. We checked in late on christmas eve and it was easy and efficient as was checking out, again the hotel organised our taxi back to Phuket airport. We spent a wonderful 6 nights at this hotel and highly recommend and we would definitely return here. The hotel is set on the hillside and run regular shuttle buses down to Kata Beach. Kata Beach is a beautiful beach for spending the day at. We hired a scooter from the shop directly next door to the hotel and visited many places in Phuket during our stay. Excellent hotel and services, thank you! 🙂

I Really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Great service, very helpful stuff .The bed was so amazing that I didn’t want to get up go out 😅Pillows and mattress are fire! Beach is close, Bug Buddha you can see it from the hotel. Nice view on the sunset from the hotel. 🙂

The staff are wonderful.
My thanks to them for their amazing customer service still and their helpfulness in providing me all the information I needed. Reception excellent, Restaurant staff amazing ladies and the Bar staff (wow). Not only are they kind sweet souls. they excel at everything….willing to work hard but always happy. Something we (tourist) need to learn. To respect them and understand they are gentle people, honest so to treat them with the same respect they deliver. Phuket is a beautiful place to relax, enjoy and great value and the Yama staff are an asset to Thailand. 🙂

Comfortable and enjoyable place
This was not our first stay at the Yama hotel. Almost 4 months we lived there in 2022-2023. This time we spent 1 month. I would say this is a perfect place for spending both shirt and long time, alone or with a family. And it goes without saying that only with the help of the friendly hotel’s team you fill like you are at home. It doesn’t matter which problem you have, the hotel team assists you and finds any solution in shorten terms. Special thank you goes to the girl Tong at the reception. Thank you dear Tong for finding the write person at the hotel to book the room this July (as we had some problems via booking sites)!
So grateful to Nina for the quick reservations and taxi bookings. Appratiate for all assistance Aon, Spy, Boy, Joke, Chom, Nate and Na.

The staff was absolutely amazing. They were so helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is not too close to the beach, but the hotel has a free shuttle, which makes it very convenient. The food at the hotel was so good and the bar had happy hour specials which were very affordable. The staff also gave us very good recommendations for tours and they were amazing. We really enjoyed our stay.

The Yama is the best hotel we’ve been to in Thailand so far!!
Amazing staff, so kind, welcome drink (yum!), super clean, AC, beautiful pool. Really yummy restaurant too. Bit of walk to beach but there’s a free shuttle! I recommend the Yama to anyone and everyone. Wish the Yama existed all over Thailand! So good.

I don’t want to say more,
The summary is two words, come quickly, fly here, come here quickly. It’s really the most comfortable hotel I’ve stayed in Phuket. And the service staff are so nice, my god, so nice that I want to give them money. The hotel is new and the bed is very comfortable to sleep in. The swimming pool is also very big, and most importantly, it’s not expensive! ! What else do you want for this price! ! ! ! I’ll come again next time! ! ! !

We are so grateful to The Yama Hotel.
We stayed at the hotel from November 2022 till January 2023 with a family ( child 7 year old) in a room 207.
I can say, that this place became for us a real home. Clean rooms, delicious breakfasts with different options for each of family members.A big thank you for your hospitality goes out from us to all hotel’s workers, especially to beautiful ladies at the reception: Tong, Jar and Jan who helped us a lot during our stay.

Very good and friendly staff.
The gatis shuttle bus to and from the beach could be more frequent and more frequent. Also running a shuttle bus in the evening is not a superfluous luxury. The hotel, staff, pool and food are definitely recommended
